Founder Info:

SHiNE was originally founded and funded by Alan Rambam in November of 1998 in honor of his mother a dedicated elementary school teacher who was killed in a hit and run car accident. His Mom loved working with at-risk young people and her strong values remain a constant motivation for everyone who comes in contact with SHiNE.
